Data Collection and use of your information

Website enquiry forms and sign-up forms

Sian Rowsell Coaching and Training collects the details provided by you via the website enquiry forms and newsletter sign-up forms together with information learnt about you from your visits to the website.

The personal information collected from the contact forms or newsletter sign-up forms includes your Name, Email Address and any other information which may be included in your message. Sian Rowsell Coaching and Training will use the information you supply to communicate with you.

The information you supply is stored on the Sian Rowsell Coaching and Training email server as an email. Personal information (including coaching records) will be retained for a reasonable time period up to a maximum of 7 years.

The website enquiry forms contain an un-ticked sign-up box. If you tick this box, your information will be used to send you a fortnightly email newsletter, including the latest news about events and products, plus advance notice of occasional special offers in connection with Sian Rowsell Coaching and Training and we will contact you by email for these purposes. If you do not want to receive communications from Sian Rowsell Coaching and Training please do not tick the box. Any marketing or promotional emails will have the option for you to unsubscribe or opt out.

Blog post comments 

If you choose to add a comment to any posts featured on the blog page of this website, the name and email address you enter with your comment will be saved to this website’s database, along with your computer’s IP address and the time and date that you submitted the comment. This information is only used to identify you as a contributor to the comment section of the blog post on which you commented. It is not passed on to any third party. Only your name will be shown on the website although if your email address is linked to a Gravatar account (an image that follows you from site to site appearing beside your name), your Gravatar photo will also be displayed.

Your comment and its associated personal data will remain on this site unless you require it to be deleted. If you wish to have the comment and its associated personal data deleted, please email us using the contact form using the email address that you commented with.

Sian Rowsell Coaching and Training takes all practical steps to try and protect the data you provide via our website and our website has security measures in place to try and protect the loss of your data. Our website is SSL certified. Each connection between the web server and browser is encrypted – which means that all data sent via the submitted forms on this site are only visible to Sian Rowsell Coaching and Training – helping to protect your data.

Disclosures of your information
Your personal information will be used solely by Sian Rowsell Coaching and Training and will never be passed on to anyone else without your consent unless obliged to do so by law. If you suspect any misuse or loss of, or unauthorised access to your personal data, then you should contact Sian Rowsell Coaching and Training immediately.
