..or Being interviewed by fabulous women!

Are you getting out of your comfort zone, trying new things? What have you done this year that you haven’t done before?

This year I’ve had the pleasure of being interviewed by some fabulous women – from my home office using Zoom or Skype.

Following on from my adventures last year with Facebook live and local radio – my latest experiment has been with recorded interviews with fabulous women!

It involved me getting to grips with some more technology – and remembering to use a microphone and earphones.

Since moving from a shared office in a large organisation, I’ve got out of the habit of using a headset!

Here is my recorded interview with Susan Rodway-Hall of Yoga Therapy Stockport as part of a series of recorded interviews she did for Women’s wellness month in March with a range of fabulous women (her words not mine!)

Adversity to advantage

I also had the honour of being interviewed by Petra Velzeboer for her Adversity to Advantage podcast. Before being interviewed I started listening to some of the amazing interviews with some fabulous women (and men) who have overcome adversity and had to stop listening before my Imposter Phenomenon prevented me from going ahead with the interview!

I did manage to go ahead – but the interview was not without mishap…

…but we decided to share it anyway!

What’s next?

So what’s next in terms of me getting out of my comfort zone and trying something new?

Maybe I’ll build on these interviews and carry out some of my own interviews with fabulous women…
